These terms cover your use of brennickdigital.com (the “site”). The site is run by NexaCore LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company doing business as Brennick Digital Partners (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms.
Our services
The site describes the website design, hosting and related services we offer. Information on the site, including prices and package contents, is general and may change. A project starts only when you and we sign a written services agreement; that agreement, not this page, sets out the services, fees, payment terms, ownership and cancellation terms.
Free demos
When you ask for a free demo, we may build a preview website for your business. A demo is provided free, with no obligation on either side, and is shown on an unlisted, non-indexed address. We may take a demo down at any time, and we remove demos that aren’t used. A demo does not give either of us any rights in the other’s name, logo or materials.
No guarantees of results
We build websites to make it easy for customers to contact you, and we report real results to clients on plans that include reporting. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, calls, leads, sales or any other business result, because they depend on many things outside our control.
Sample builds
The “sample builds” shown on the site are examples made from our own templates. Business names such as “Your Business” are placeholders, phone numbers in the samples are fictional, and the samples are not client websites.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, text, graphics and the Brennick name and logo belong to NexaCore LLC. Please don’t copy them without permission. Images on the site are licensed or created for us.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the site or its forms to send spam, harmful code or unlawful content, or to try to break or overload the site.
Links
The site may link to other websites. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and limit of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
